Double Scan On Dvds

Hi,


I have faced this issue for quite some time now and is quite annoying. Every time I insert a DVD/CD, BD starts to automatically scan the new device in two windows simultaneously (There are two scans happening on the same set of files at the same time.)


Even if I try to stop the scan with the stop button, it does not stop immediately, it takes a few minutes for BD to realize that I have clicked on Stop before actually stopping the scan.


I do not want to disable to auto scan of new devices altogether. I just want BD to scan it once with one window.


Has anyone else faced this issue?


I'm on Windows 7 professional 64 bit Lenovo laptop, intel i7 processor 14GB RAM, running BD Internet Security 2013
