Auto Renewal

HELLO Bit defender, I never knew the software had auto renewal. I never received said email about renewal, and you people debited my credit card and made my rent check bounce to my land lord. Now I am out $100 in late fees from bank, and $60 from landlord just in late fees. I called three days ago to get a refund, I was told that my refund was approved. I get an email today offering me 40% off the software instead of a refund. I have had enough trouble from bitdefender and just want my money back. You have taught me a most valued lesson, NEVER EVER Trust Bit Defender to keep its word. Now I am out $80 for the software, plus $160 for the late fees from bounced checks. <img class=" />

    I should have done my research before I bought the software, there are a dozen or more post all over the internet about this same problem. 72 hours and counting without a refund.

    Exactly the same happend to me this weekend. Never new i had an auto-renewal active, also all the other mails i have received were stating to Register it if I want, but i don`t. And now they charged me for another 1Y although i have already bought a license last year october.


    Have requested a refund today, am angry as possible. Almost 5 years a loyal customer and now they start to behave like this?
