Why is the widget showing 100 % firewall activity all the time?

There isn't a firewall in Antivirus plus, hence the question mark in it.

I know but in february a supporter wrote: "The left hand activity displayed on the widget is normal, as Bitdefender Antivirus Plus still has some firewall filters, some included in the http scan."
But my widget shows 100 % all the time. I think I turn it off.
