Parental Control Blocking Under Profiles Not Registered

I recently noticed my parental controls had been turned off. I reactivated them and now it is blocking log-in pages under my account and my wife's Windows Accounts. When I disable Parental Controls in the BD control panel, the log-in pages work fine. This is on more than one website and is occuring using IE9 and IE10. The only accounts registered under parental control are my childrens'. I have Windows 7 and the latest build of (assuming auto-update is working) Total Internet Security 2014. Anyone have ideas why this is happening and/or how to fix it?

    Please access the online platform MyBitdefender to make sure your Windows account and your wife's Windows account are not protected also by Parental Control.
