Refund Not Processed

I raised two ticket for cancellation of the auto renewal but its still not processed. Please see this into priority and refund my money ASAP.

I was having two accounts and so I raised 2 tickets as the money was deducted for auto renewal of both the accounts.

Plz refund my money ASAP.
