Antitheft Laptop Lockup Issue

hey my laptop has been locked up since yesterday night.....i was trying to use antitheft option....since then my laptop restarted and the keyboard is not working anymore...just a message is displayed.Bitdefender safe lock......wat should i do??????????i m quiet frustrated.please help me out........anyone...... <img class=" /> :angry:

    As I said in a previous reply, the only help will come from Bitdefender so it would be best to raise a support ticket and ask them.

  • Its been two days since I have heard anything from them about this problem. It almost been 7 days since my computer has been unusable. Costumer Service said that I was put on the priority list. Feels more list the list on the  back burner. So the ticket don't mean anything. I've sent three emails "since techs only work with emails" and all I hear is crickets.
