License Key Invalid

I bought the Antivirus Plus 2014 (retail) license for 3 PC (2 years). The installation is good, however when I go to register, the key provided on the package is 6 digits, when I enter the key it says the code should be 7 to 20 digits. I can't register the product and the "My Bitdefender" pages state I have the evaluation version installed.


Please help me solve this issue.

    If you bought the program from someone other than Bitdefender you need to go to them to sort your problem, otherwise contact Bitdefender by email and they will get back to you.

    Sorry for late reply.


    I bought the dvd from a distributor, they've been of assistance however the problem has not been solved.


    I did not receive any email containing a longer code. Only the usual "activate your bitdefender account" when I began the installation process of the software. The code that came with the dvd envelope, the only thing that seems like a code is 6 digits, and that doesn't register.


    I've tried reinstalling the software however it automatically registers as the 30-day trial license version and as said before I cannot register update to the full version I bought as it doesn't accept the code I've been provided with.


    Hopefully I will hear from the distributor soon.

    In this case, it is better to contact directly the distributor.


    If you were provided with a wrong license key by mistake, they should be able to replace it in a timely manner.
