Parental Control Not Working

Options

Just purchased Total Security and trying to get the parental control to work. I can't seem to get it to block any websites even after going through the online instructions.


I set up a new user, firstly as a child account secondly as a normal user and neither would work.


I have Windows 8, does anyone know if there is anything extra one needs to do to get this to work?
