Bitdefender Ui/interface/menu Not Opening Whatsoever

Hiya folks,

It's a real shame that this happened to me because I was a really big fan of the product. Unfortunately, Bitdefender decided no matter how many times I reinstall/repair Bitdefender Total Security 2015 or restart or uninstall or what have you (I have tried everything) the only time that it's going to open up it's menu/interface (where you can change settings, look at Antivirus status, events, etc) is right after I install the product. After that, I can't open it from the taskbar, nor the desktop, nor cmd, nothing.

If anyone has any suggestions to help fix this problem, I am seriously all-ears. This is kind of a last-ditch effort because I usually am able to fix problems like this on my own, but I figure it just might be my computer not wanting to work with the software.
