Managed Scans

My wife is running Total Security 2015 on her laptop. She has put in managed scans (custom and existing) to run at certain times. She has a quick scan set to run when her computer boot_s up. This works fine. When she puts in a managed system scan it never runs at the scheduled time. It runs when it wants to. It will even run sometimes when the computer is booting up at the same time the quick scan is running and she has to stop it. Anyone else having this problem
