How Do I View Open Support Tickets?

This is a silly question, however I have no idea how I view open support tickets so I can close it (I resolved the issue). I have tried every possible button/option on the website.


Any ideas?

    Last time I had to close a support ticket I just replied to the email and asked them to close it as solved. :)
