Why Is There No Option For Tracking Open Tickets?

I'm one of those people who got charged by that auto renewal everyone complains about. I submitted a ticket two days ago and my ticket number is 2015010623010005. I really need this fixed as soon as possible since I was not expecting this charge this month. That's why I wish there was some sort of ticket tracking, I need to know what's going on and how long this issue will take to be resolved. I understand two days is not really a long time and I definitely don't want to have to go through my credit card company issue a charge back. Any response from you guys would be great, and if anyone else has had the same issue what was your course of action.
