Is The Bitdefender Engine Used By Other Antiviruses The Same Bitdefender Engine?

I have noticed that many antiviruses have the Bitdefender engine included in their own products: BullGuard, Emsisoft, eScan, F-Secure, G DATA, Kingsoft, Qihoo, etc.

So when Bitdefender gives its "engine" to other antiviruses to use, what features are in the given "engine"?

For example, does the antivirus that uses Bitdefender's "engine" have:

1) ... the same file detection signatures?

2) ... heuristics features?

3) ... Real-time Shield?

4) ... Active Virus Control?

5) ... Intrusion Detection System?

6) ... B-Have?

7) ... HTTP Scanning?

8) ... Anti-rootkit?

9) ... etc.?
