Refund For Invalid Renuewal

I received confirmation from Bitdefender regarding chargeback/refund for invalid AV order 35133466 but I am still waiting to get money back to my PayPal. No email reply for last couple of days. Please be honest and refund this invalid charge. I purchased before this invalid charge new version of 2015 Internet Protection and I should not be charged for my old version.
