Bitdefender Repair Broken

I am currently running windows 7 64bit. I was having issues with my BD 2015 interface so it was recommended that I run a repair. I did this and then it said to restart to finish. I restarted and low and behold no windows. It will only start the start-up repair function and it does nothing else. I have ran the repair multiple times and it wont fix it. I can access the command prompt but have no idea what I can do with that. I am completely lost as to what to do and chat here at BD says they need to escalate the issue and it can take a couple of days. I really hope someone here can help me. I paid for this ###### program and I don't want to have to format and lose a lot of important things because of their repair not working. Maybe there is someway I can bypass it booting any bit defender files?? Please help me!!!!

    Have you tried to select the "Last Known Good Configuration" and try to boot to that?


    Have you tried restoring a "System Restore Point" in safe mode or from a Windows System Recovery disk?


    Failing that, do you have a recent full system image that you could restore?
