Unable To Access Mybitdefender.com

I am a new user of Bitdefender. When I attempt to connect to mybitdefender.com, I get three horizontal dots, but no access to the Web site. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem with the Web site? Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello and welcome to the forums,


    The three horizontal dots are a sign that the site is loading. Have you registered your Bitdefender product with My Bitdefender, if you have how long ago was it as it can sometimes take a few hours for your information to be registered. If you haven't, open the BD GUI (double click the icon in the system tray), click the drop-down on the top bar and choose "Account Info". There you can fill in the relevant info.

    The three dots appeared for about 30 minutes. I registered last week and was able to access the site at that time, but could not access it yesterday and today.

    Ah, OK, then maybe it is down for you in your area/ISP. It is working for me as it was the first thing I checked. Wait for now and try again tomorrow, if it is still not connecting send Bitdefender an email on bitsy@bitdefender.com and let them know of your problem. :)

    It is down for my as well. I get the three horizontal loading dots as well. Checking the debug console in safari shows a 406 error to the following url: https://us2.safebox.bitdefender.com.

    I'm also getting the three loading dots continuously. Down for me as well.

    It is now down for me as well, Bitdefender are aware and are working on the problem.

    It seems to work again today, at least over here, in the region of Germany.
