Bitdefender Box Installation

:wacko: After trying to install Bit Defender Box myself, carefully following your instructions (that came with 'Box') and not getting expected results, I have contacted phone support twice - spending about 1.5 hours total with no success. Specifically during the initial 'Installation' part of the directions and waiting for the 'Box' to automatically register all devices on my network (about 14 different devices) and getting the "Now Registering all devices" or similar and 'please wait a few minutes' - each time an error message appears telling me that the procedure failed and to ensure connections to Internet (yes) and to Router (yes).


:unsure: * I disabled dhcp on router and when logged into it, see correct status (no dhcp) and also see all network devices INCLUDING 'BOX' in the Router list of devices. I can see the mac address and determine the IP for 'box'.


* All devices on network work properly, connect to Internet, as if no issues exist.


* NOW, the 'blue LED' on 'box' blinks Blue (which I can't find an explanation for) so don't know what that means.


* I had tried to 'reset' 'box' and also remove/reload software and firmware. Firmware reload fails on box.


<img class=" /> So, I've invested about a full day to getting 'box' to work properly still haven't seen it follow info. on printed booklet and/or information from your Tech Support (via phone). The last guy I spoke with (longest call) promised to send additional info via email as well as a separate message from him - none of which has happened.

This is pretty disappointing to date. What is to be done, just return the product for a refund?
