I know it's only been a day, but I would like to know the status of my ticket. This is an issue I really need resolved as soon as possible, as I was not to have this charge this month. I have tried using the live chat several times as well, and have received a message each time saying that there are no agents available....and this is at noon eastern time, on a Wednesday.
