Html5 & Chrome & Bitdefenderfirewall Fail

I have been experiencing problems with HTML5 videos on youtube and pluralsight. After trying a lot things to fix this problem (checking malware, checking internet speed, contacting the provider, contacting pluralsight, messing with chrome settings etc etc), i finally found that the bitfdefender firewall is the "malware" causing this extremely annoying bug. I now use the windows firewall instead and all my problems are gone.


Ive tried contacting support via the bitdefender application and....:


that doesnt work either, it hangs in step 5...great!


ive been very satisfied with bitdefender 2014. but 2015 is awfull :(


please fix these annoying bugs. because at the moment bitdefender is acting like a virus / malware while i bought it to prevent issues like this.


ps: i tried changing Bitdefender firewall settings and nothing helped (well turning it off helped)
