Advanced Options Grayed Out

BDTS user, new license. Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

Each scan shows the summary window when finished, even when no threats are found. I see that this is user-configurable (in the Advanced tab of Scan Options), but everything in that dialog is grayed out. How can that be? I'd rather not have to dismiss the no-threats window each time a scan finishes.

Update: Tried a program repair to fix this but nothing changed. Seems very strange that the default option is not to suppress a no-threats result, but only the 2 non-custom scans -- the ones for which, logically, most users would prefer such a result suppresed -- aren't allowing that default to be changed.

Any ideas?
