Bitdefender 2016 Products And Windows 10 Insider Builds
Bitdefender does not only not support the use of Bitdefender products on Windows 10 Insider Builds but they do not work on the lastest Windows 10 Fast Track Insider Build 10547. Many already know this the hard way.
For those who want to try to install and use a Bitdefender Product product on a Windows 10 Insider Build despite not being approved by Bitdefender Support I suggest try the following.
This applies to Firefox users. May apply also to Chrome users.
Go to the Firefox Add-On webpage and install Bitdefender QuickScan. Run it. If it crashes which it currently will then do not attempt to install any Bitdefender products on the Insider Build you are using. If QuickScan runs successfully then if you want to to try and install a Bitdefender product on that computer you may have some luck that it will work, but again remember Bitdefender does not support installing Bitdefender products on Windows 10 Insider Builds.
By testing the Firefox Bitdefender QuckScan add-on first there is no harm, no foul as Chick Hearn used to say. Just uninstall the add-if it does not work.
Again Bitdefender does not recommend or support installing and using any Bitdefender product on a Windows 10 Insider Build
