No Activation Code, Cannot Add Licenses Pack To Central

Monday 28 IS2016 bought 2 packages (1 package of 5 licenses and 1 package of 3 licenses). In the emails you sent us did not arrive until today the activation codes.


Finally I could create an account in Central and through the same account could install the 5 licenses package 5. But when I add to my account Central 3 licenses pack, can not.


From Monday I sent an e-mail explaining this to support, I have a ticket about it, but since 3 days have passed and I have no answer.
