2015 Uninstalled, Tried To Install 2016

Wanted to get 2016 so uninstalled 2015 (even though had 2 months left to go).

Tried to install 2016 but was told Bitdefender could not uninstall McAfee

I'd uninstalled McAfee ages ago and cannot find anything of it

What to do?

There are most probably some registry entries left by the other security solution.

Please open Registry Editor (type regedit.exe inside the search bar from Windows, then hit Enter to open it) then look for the following keys and delete them - if any:

Restart Windows, then try again to install Bitdefender 2016.
