Hello Uruzu5 and welcome to the forums,
Which version of Windows 10 do you have and where did you download your BD AV from?
It would be advisable now to run the Bitdefender uninstaller to clear any BD files you may have on your computer and then re-install your AV.

Many computers come with an anti-virus package pre-installed. Or you may have installed another anti-virus package before installing Bitdefender. If you only used the Windows uninstaller to uninstall a previous anti-virus software on your computer that could be the cause of the problem. Even if you used a third party uninstaller to uninstall an anti-virus app you most likely are not getting a complete uninstall of the anti-virus product. Not performing a complete uninstall of a prior anti-virus software on a computer can often lead to the problem you are having with your computer and Bitdefender.
If the above applies in your situation I would
1. Use the 2016 Bitdefender Uninstall tool to uninstall Bitdefender
2. Then use a similar uninstall tool from the manufactuter of the previous anti-virus software that was on your computer to perform a complete uninstall of that software.
3. Then reinstall Bitdefender.0
