Hi,
Almost one week ago (21.10) I requested moving my subscription from one account to another as I am going to close my old Microsoft account. Someone from support informed me that it will be done in 48hours.
Two days later I got email that we are working on resolving your issue as promptly as possible and from this time nothing even single e-mail. I contacted Support but the only thing what they can do is bumping priority.
So my question is how long does it take to change a stupid e-mail that in any other program can by done by myself.
