Registration Issues For Oem Codes
Codes are not always being recognised and registering via Bitdefender Central and all this is getting a little tedious now due to us having to explain to our customers that the codes are in-fact legitimate and should work as described. Initiated two tickets, to which I am yet to receive any sort of reply or responses.
We are using UK codes, sourced from an official UK partner and supplying only to UK customers.
Could you kindly explain what is going on?
