Unexpected Error

I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I've just purchase Antivirus Plus 2016. After the installation I have to log to Bitdefender Central to register on my Surface Pro2 tablet.

I keep getting the message: Unexpected error please check that your PC is connected to internet and try again.

The problem is that Windows Defender was deactivated and I can't register Antivirus Plus 2016. My tablet is vulnerable. I've uninstalled the software and reinstalled it without success.

I have a similar problem, after re-installing bitdefender , it ask to login and get the same error as yours.

And I know that my network connection is fine because I can use the microsoft browser to login to central.bitdefender.com.

So I know that my login is also fine but the local antivirus cannot connect to it.

So for now I just uninstalling it until they fix it.

Using the Win10 10586.
