Activating Total Security 2017 For Windows 7 32bit
I have multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling TS 2016 and everything works fine, until the pop-up screen for activation appears. I input my email address, password (the ones for my existing BD account) and it says "Unexpected Error" and questions whether I'm connected to the internet. Tried downloading and using Bitdefender's uninstall tool, and after reinstalling TS 2016, keep getting the same result.
Have had the program on this particular machine for a year, but when I log onto BD Central, it only shows the other 2 computers on which the program is installed, doesn't show this one. What gives?
This is somewhat more than just exasperating. Have been a loyal BD customer for several years, but is this something that's going to continue? I need some tech support or something. I like the program, but like it much more when it works as advertised.
