Compensation

This is totally unacceptable for a company that I have historically counted on to protect my most valuable data. Telling me that I am a "valued customer" only goes so far. Actions speak louder than words. As it stands, I have AV software that is now 100% useless.


Is BitDefender going to compensate all of the people affected by their change in procedures, more or less causing the 2016 products we purchased to be useless? How about an upgrade to a higher tier product or an extra year? This is as much of an inconvenience as it is a security risk.
