The Update Slows Down The Pc

Hello guys!
I'm very disappointed to see that this problem is still occurring in the 2016 version of BD. I found a topic from Oct 1 2013, which contains exactly my problem too: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=49000
Previously I had the 2014, 2015 versions and this problem was always there. When I turn on my PC and when BitDefender starts the automatic update process my SSD starts to work on 100% percent and I simply can't do anything for cca 2-3 minutes (sometimes more), until BD finishes the update. So to prevent this issue I had to turn off automatic updating which I think is not the best solution. (on manually update I experiencing the same problem).
My notebook (Asus G55V) :
CPU: Intel Core i7 - 3610QM, 2.3GHZ,
Memory: 8GB,
OS: Windows 10 Pro
SSD: SanDisk U100 128GB
HDD: 750GB
So, after 3 years there is no fix for this?
