Taskbar Popup Menu And Onscreen Gadget Unresponsive
The taskbar popup menu becomes useless on Win10. Right-clicking it will flash the menu oh so slightly but will not display the menu (pops up and closes immediately), plus the onscreen display/gadget will be frozen and useless - no animation and it can't be moved. Right-clicking the taskbar icon will sometimes cause the onscreen gadget to close.
This happens regularly (ever other day or so), but what sets it off is unknown. Bitdefender seems to be working. Double-clicking the taskbar icon will open the UI. When in this state the only fix is to reboot.
