Abonnement Activated But Not Device

I have an active license but I can't activate my device (attachement). When I use the activation code, I get the message: already used... I'm using Bitfender for a long time and never had any problem. Central is driving me crazy. I'm a reseller for Bitdefender products but if I don't get an answer soon I quit selling BD. I lost already a lot of time and money!
