Either Fix My Activation Or Give Me My Money Back

I apologize beforehand for this post but it is out of sheer frustration that I write this in the hopes of some action - I can't be the only person whit this issue. <img class=" />


I purchased a 1 pc licence when I bought my new laptop - registered fine. Then I redid my old laptop and decided to buy another licence for that laptop as well. That licence however, got added to my first laptop's subscription, which means my second laptop is not protected.


It has been 8 days now. I had to follow up twice so far. Trying the so-called online support chat to speak to a real person does not work and keeps redirecting you back to sending an email after waiting endlessly to "connect".


I've used various other anti-virus products in the past and this is the worst service ever - only reason I decided on Bitdefender is because it sounded like it got good reviews - apparently those did not cover support - or lack thereof.


You have my money, now uphold your end of the deal and either fix, what is a very simple request, or refund me so I can go to another provider.

    I share your frustration. I bought 4 licenses for up to 3 PC's each (for a total of 12). Bitdefender Central is only allowing me to install on 3 PC's.


    As you, I switched from another antivirus product that I had used for 8 years because of the great reviews that Bitdefender gets.

    Same here. Never had any issue with BD AV in the past and now I have very frustrating activation problems. I already searched hours for a solution and even bought an other license...


    I don't get an answer from support!


    I'm a reseller for BD products but probably not for long... Please, where is the support! I have many customers waiting for an answer!
