I apologize beforehand for this post but it is out of sheer frustration that I write this in the hopes of some action - I can't be the only person whit this issue.

I purchased a 1 pc licence when I bought my new laptop - registered fine. Then I redid my old laptop and decided to buy another licence for that laptop as well. That licence however, got added to my first laptop's subscription, which means my second laptop is not protected.
It has been 8 days now. I had to follow up twice so far. Trying the so-called online support chat to speak to a real person does not work and keeps redirecting you back to sending an email after waiting endlessly to "connect".
I've used various other anti-virus products in the past and this is the worst service ever - only reason I decided on Bitdefender is because it sounded like it got good reviews - apparently those did not cover support - or lack thereof.
You have my money, now uphold your end of the deal and either fix, what is a very simple request, or refund me so I can go to another provider.
