Support Center
I sent a support email and also received a confirmation email with a link.
When I click the link I´m taken to a login page, but my login details is not accepted!!!!
Also does anyone know what the support response time is, I´m now waiting 54 hours and counting
I see in the posts around the forum that others are waiting way too long for responce from support, what is going on?

Hello,
The Support Center is not active yet which is why you are seeing the "not accepted" notification. although it should be made active in a future update (soon I hope!). You will have received a ticket with your email, post the number here on the forum and hopefully one of the BD staff will see it and sort it out.

Yeah, support response can take up to a week depending on what your problem was. For example, once I got past the initial information collecting stage, and sending the zip files as attachments, it took about a week and a half before they responded.
I think the reason for this is they won't respond back unless they have a surefire solution. For example, my problem was that I was getting a Blue Screen of Death. After I uploaded the Bitdefender Support Tool information and the minidumps, it was a one-and-a-half weeks before I got a response back. And their response was that they have fixed the problem, and to download and install the patched version of Bitdefender 2016.
So as you can see, it might take a while for them to respond because they are actively working on the problem; and won't reply unless the have a solution that specifically fixes the problem.0
