New Install Freezes 0%
I have recently purchased Bitdefender 2016 and when trying to install it stops at Install 0%
I have tried leaving it running but the longer I leave it (hours) the more it slows my computer down
I have created a support request but it's been a week and I am unable to view the request in the link that was emailed
So far it seems like a poor product with poor support, since there's no way to request a refund I will have to perform a CC chargeback.
