How Can I Purchase & Activate Without Adding Time To Subscription
I just got a new computer and need to install BD. When I purchase another license, all it does is add time to my current subscription which cannot activate the new device because all 3 devices are already taken.
I really need to get some protection on the new laptop so if there is no way to add a device to my current subscription or create a new subscription, I'll have to use another AV solution.
I have a support ticket (2015113001320001) on this and 2 calls into support. Support tech told me 4 days ago that the problem would be resolved in "24-48 hours". So far no joy.
Any ideas?

I believe that you most likely need to create a second account/central because support says that if you buy and activate it to an already created Central it will merge with your existing product.
If you however is satisfied with one Central and unlimited devices you should buy the Family Pack 2016

I would try your suggestion but I'm afraid that if I do that I will once again only add time to my current subscription without adding any more devices.
I was told that the problem would be resolved in "24 to 48 hours" but here we are 7 days down the road without a fix. I am still unable to use the new laptop since it doesn't have the AV protection that I have already paid for.
