Separate Deals Online For Different Amounts

On Dec. 17 I bought Total Security 16 for 30% off. I then found only hours later on the same web site the same product for 50% off. I have been trying to talk to someone through email only to be asked for more tech info but it's not a tech problem. I was then told if I don't respond they will close my help ticket. I tried to use live chat and wasn't connected to anyone and was told a ticket for assistance has been created and sent to bitdefender via email. And so it starts all over again. How do I get in contact with someone to resolve this issue?

  • Yes, there are often different offers around, even over a few days on the same site. Was this a Bitdefender site or a third party? If it was a third party site you should be contacting them.
