Scanner Said It Failed To Disinfect A File, But It Says My Mac Is Clean

I have Bitdefender Virus Scanner for Mac (it's a free program I got from the App Store) version 3.5 (3.5.9165) and I'm running OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5 on a Macbook Pro.

Anyways, I did a deep system scan, and it came up with a few threat files. Some of them had "quarantined" written next to them, but others said "disinfect failed." I freaked out and thought I had a virus, but it says my mac is clean. I was confused, so I did another scan, but it says my mac is clean and that this time there were no threats. Now I'm really confused & also really worried that I might have a virus. I couldn't see the full names of the files, but both the quarantined and "disinfect failed" files said something along the lines of "safari extensions", which is weird because I never use Safari.
