I am horrified to read the experiences of other Bitdefender customers on this forum. Like them I have raised ticket numbers and received only automated responses. After my first install failure I paid for an Install and Setup package (£23.46). I have received confirmation of my payment but that is all. The product is not even listed in their range on the product help page. I intend to seek refunds. Anyone recommend a good, reliable and helpful antivirus product?
