Jdownloader Doesn't Work After Install Total Security 2016

We have Bitdefender Total Security 2016 and I have problems with Jdownloader.
It seems that Bitdefender is blocking the connection and downloads.
I added the necessary Jdownload files in the Firewall white-list but still the program fails to work.
What can I do to solve the problem?
I need this program to work normally.
