Can anyone tell me if Bitdefender Total Security 2016 is still installable and operational on Windows XP?

OT) I tried to register in this forum several times with various something@something.cz e-mail addresses, but I never got the e-mail address confirmation message. After that, I tried to register with a GMail address, and this time I got the e-mail address confirmation message immediately. Does this forum really block all people having a Czech e-mail address? In 2015, Bitdefender has appointed its Czech Country Partner and Bitdefender home portfolio was fully localized into the Czech language, so it would be not nice to prevent Czech users in joining this forum...
