Rescue Cd Won't Run

After a scan, BD said I had to use rescue cd because I was in "safe boot" mode.

I went to the page and saw a bunch of stuff that I had no idea what it was. I downloaded the .iso file and burned it. the cd starts than I get this message:

"[ 0.10799] Ignoring BGRT:

starting version 225"

I then waited an hour and nothing happened. blank screen.

If there are any other files I'm supposed to put in the cd, what are they?

Try using the Troubleshooting option when booting from the disk.
