How To Re-Use Deleted Account (Email)
I made my account in Central. Then I deleted. Now I would like to re-use it but central prevents me telling that my email address already exists. Any suggestions on how to recover my old registered email address?

Unfortunately that is not possible. Once an account has been deleted it cannot be recovered and the email that was used for creating it cannot be used on a new account.
You will have to create a new account using a different email address.
