Bd Ts 2016 Firewall Blocks Google Chrome

I'm not sure why but the BD firewall has been preventing Google Chrome from connecting out. I did a 'repair' install for BD TS 2016 and Chrome started working again, but the firewall is now disabled and won't restart for some reason.

I am going to do a complete re-install of BD, but in general, I'm wondering why this might have happened? I noticed that there isn't just a single 'chrome.exe' file to whitelist in the firewall, but there was I believe one other process.

What is the process for completely enabling Chrome to connect through the BD firewall?

All legit browsers are digitally signed and allowed permission by default.

Most likely something else happened on your machine, specially mentioning your firewall is off.

A complete reinstall is a good idea, please be sure to use our removal tool to ensure a clean reinstall.
