Skype Will Not Connect

i installed BitDefender 2016 on a Lenovo laptop. windows 10. Skype will no longer connect to the internet. help

    Please make sure that you have the following Firewall settings(open Bitdefender>Modules>Firewall>Adapters)

    Network type: Home/Office

    Stealth Mode: Off

    Generic: On


    After that, select the Rules tab and click on Reset Rules.

    If the same issue occurs, please provide me more details on what happens when you try to connect with Skype. Is there any error message?
