Access Denied To My Bitdefender

I was trying to login and see all my bitdefender accounts of my customers. Then suddenly i got banned from the website. I have different email adresses for my customers accounts.
Can anyone help me?
i get this msg:

What happened?
The owner of this website (my.bitdefender.com) has banned your IP address (xxxxxxxxxx).

It would seem you had too many attempts and the protection banned you.
The ban is temporary and lasts only 30 minutes.
