Lost My 3 User License Key
HI I am new to this site but not new to Bitdefender. I have used the product for several years on a number of work and home computers. Some of my accounts have 30 or so days left others have plus 200. I needed to add it to 2 further laptops. I went to my account and saw that the current version of Total Security 2015 has 2 accounts left. Great I can install them on the new laptops. However the first point is that from my account it tells me to put in an email address for the target PC which I do. It is then supposed to email the instructions for installing the product on the new computer. However the email never arrives (yes also looked in the junk folder). Can some one tell me what the problem might be? The second thing is that I cant find the card with the license key on it. I expect that the new computer will need this (or because I come from my registered account, does this mean it is not needed)?
If it is needed can someone from Bitdefender contact me to tell me how I overcome this?

From your explanation and from your account I see that you have migrated to the 2016 version of the product.
We will further investigate the issue of the install email not being sent to your inbox, for the time being you can login into Central on that machine and start the install.
Since you migrated your key into a 2016 subscription you just need to login with the Central account holding the subscription on those machines, through the product.
