Vsserve.exe Running At 25% Followed By Freeze Screen

Hello.

I am using Bitdefender 2015 and Windows 64 bit. From time to time, my CPU process begins to run at 25 percent due vsserve.exe. Then, the fan starts to spin quite loud and the laptop is getting too much heat. After a longer time, Windows start to freeze.

When I restart my computer, VSSERVE.exe will not run at 25 percent. I don't have any other antivirus installed before.

How can I resolve this issue?

I managed to use a Bitdefender tool and produced a result of sysdump.tar. Let me know if you need to analyse the result.

    Hello Tuckyew,

    Please let us know what build of Bitdefender are you running on that machine.

    Also please ensure Windows has all the updates to date (minus the W10 one if you don't wish to upgrade)

    Also if you can provide me with the laptops model number to get a better view on the situation.
