With Bitdefender 2016, Safeplay was complaining about TueImage Scheduler being not compatible with Safeplay. Is it the sane thing with BitDefender 2017?
SafePay is blocking any application trying to interact with the Desktop while being active, as to protect you from external influence.
We have added several features to SafePay allowing it to mold better.
At this time we did not receive any reports regarding True Image and 2017.
I get the error that Acronis Schedule Helper is preventing Bitdefender Safepay from functioning and now Acronis errors out on every backup I try to do. This only started happening after installing Bitdefender Total Security 2017 and Safepay. Any help will be appreciated. Screenshot attached.
Please contact our support at [email protected] and also provide them with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.
Acronis is not compatible with Safepay. It can interfere with Safepay Secure Desktop, so a warning is given at launch time.
