Hotspot protection is turned off sometimes

After Bitdefender 2017 installation I noticed that hotspot protection was off in Safepay (it's strange because it was always enabled in 2016), I enabled it and some days it works good. Today I opened Safepay and it didn't work again. Is that a bug? Why it turns off even if I turn it on? BiS 21.0.18.898, Windows 10 AU.

    Please ensure you are not switching into one of the Profiles (Work/Gaming/Movie)


    Simply disable the Profiles and see if this reoccurs.
